Chilli & Garlic Butter Half Shell Scallops


  • 1 dozen Tasmanian Scallops Roe Off
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt 
  • Chilli, finely chopped
  • Parsley, finely chopped


Step 1

Heat up the bbq, grill or oven.

Step 2

Mix together butter, garlic, chilli and salt.

Step 3

Spoon a dollop of butter onto the scallop.

Step 4

Cook on the bbq for 3 – 5 minutes.

Step 5

Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of chilli flakes
