Parmesan Crusted Scallops

Give Scallops a flavourful coating with these Parmesan Crusted Scallops. A go to for those who love a bit of cheesy goodness and want to try something a little different. They only take 10-12 minutes to throw together but look like they have been fussed over for hours. Make these your next entertaining delight.


1 doz Queensland Saucer Scallops

1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded

1/4 cup Parsley chopped


Step 1

Mix the panko breadcrumbs and parsley together in a small bowl.

Step 2

Add in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.

Step 3

Mix together by tossing through your fingers.

Step 4

Rinse the scallops quickly under water and drain. Scatter the mixture onto the scallops, coating the scallop and shell .

Step 5

Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes on a large tray or until golden with a crisp top to them.
