1 doz Queensland Saucer Scallops
1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
1/4 cup Parsley chopped
Mix the panko breadcrumbs and parsley together in a small bowl.
Add in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
Mix together by tossing through your fingers.
Rinse the scallops quickly under water and drain. Scatter the mixture onto the scallops, coating the scallop and shell .
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes on a large tray or until golden with a crisp top to them.
