Sauté Razor Clam with Garlic & Parsley

  • 750g razor clam
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper


Step 1

Soak razor clams in salt water for 2 hours. Rinse and thoroughly clean the clams under cold running water.

Step 2 

Once clams are cleaned and prepared, put oil in a hot pan and add chopped garlic & parsley. Sautés for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 3

Add all the razor clams into the pan combined with garlic and parsley, cook for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Pour in white wine and cracked pepper. Let it simmer for another 4 minutes until cooked. Enjoy!
