Razor Clam

Grow Razor Clam across North America and Europe. Grown year round from all different parts of the world. Use them similar to any other shellfish or clam. Cook through a pasta, or steam open with your own creative flavours. Cleaning them is easy. Simply drop them in some water to de-sand and then grill in the oven with garlic butter. Watch the meat of the clam slightly curl upon cooking. Marinate the clams prior to cooking for most flavoursome results. Cook razor clams Chinese style or try sautéed razor clams.
