Garlic Salmon Pasta

  • 1 Salmon Fillet – Skinless
  • Flour for dredging
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 serving pasta of choice
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, fresh chilli, parmesan flakes



  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook your pasta al dente
  2. Season your Salmon Fillet with salt & pepper and coat in flour
  3. Add the oil and butter to a pan. Once hot, add the Salmon Fillet and cook it on each side for 2 minutes; set aside
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add the garlic, vegetable stock and lemon juice
  5. Add the salmon back into the pan and break it up with your spoon. Cook for a few more minutes until cooked through and the sauce has reduced
  6. Once pasta is ready, add 2 tablespoons of the pasta water to the sauce
  7. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Toss it & serve immediately with parsley, chilli and parmesan if desired
