Made from tender pieces of chicken marinated in a flavourful blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sake, then lightly coated in flour and corn starch before being deep-fried to golden perfection.
Perfect as a snack, side dish, or main meal served with rice, a squeeze of lemon, or dipping sauce.
