Lemon Garlic Prawn Skewers

INGREDIENTS:

  • Prawn Cutlets Raw
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 Tbsp’s Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Marinate

  • In a bowl combine Prawns, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare

  • Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Step 3: Skewer

  • Thread the prawns onto skewers, about 4 to 5 prawns per skewer.

Step 4: Grill

  • Cook the skewers on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the prawns are pink.
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
