Paradise Prawns Raw from New Caledonia are one of the sweetest prawns and the only sashimi grade prawn on the market. These prawns have a deep blue colour with a soft shell and tender flesh. The prawns are blast frozen within hours of harvest to preserve their incredible texture and flavour. Best to be cooked whole as they will enhance the flavours of any marinade you put on them.
