Medium Octopus
Local Octopus Medium has a juicy bite, and mild texture. Caught all year round in a variety of sizes. There are a variety of ways to cook octopus, marinate and thrown on the BBQ, grilled, tossed through a pasta or simply pickled. Currently coming from Clarence River in New South Wales and once eaten shows a tenderness with a beautiful crisp bite to it.
