Morcon Hot Salami
Morcon is a complex and sophisticated Spanish salami . It is hot, and perfect for any kind of mezzo platter. It has a unique colour that comes from its plethora of ingredients including chilli, sweet paprika, pepper, coriander, rum and nutmeg. This salami is first fermented and then cured giving a highly unique characteristic.
