Cuttlefish Ink is even stronger than squid ink in colour and is used quite readily in Italian cooking all around the world. Used to turn pasta black, it is said to enhance the flavours of any other seafood element in the dish. A subtle yet amazing flavour enhancer that also is visually quite appealing.
