Chorizo mild is a semi-dried and fermented Spanish-style sausage. Locally sourced pork containing premium Australian ingredients with each chorizo infused with quality spices. Cook chorizo on a grill or lightly pan fry to allow the sweet and smokey flavours to be released. Add to your favourite pasta dish or serve on a slice of crusty bread.
