Pippis & Mini Pork Ribs

Watch everyone licking their fingers after tasting these deliciously satisfying Pippis & Ribs. Don’t be overwhelmed at first glance- this easy to follow recipe will teach cooks of all levels how to master it first time. Simply a unique & mouth watering recipe that will become a regular family dish in no time.


1kg Australian Pippis

1/2 kg Pork Ribs

4 Garlic Cloves, peeled and cut in half

Coriander (don’t chop add whole)

250ml dry White Wine

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper


Crusty bread – Optional


Step 1

Heat pan adding oil then a little garlic.

Step 2

Add in the pork ribs and cook till browned. Place in bowl and set aside.

Step 3

Add remaining garlic & coriander for few seconds. Add wine, salt and pepper and a little chilli.

Step 4

Let the wine cook out a little.

Step 5

Bring Pippi’s to boil and cover with lid.

Step 6

Half way toss Pippi’s and add pork back to pan. Cook until all Pippi’s have opened.

Serve with crusty bread.
