In a large bowl, combine lime juice, coriander, garlic, cumin, olive oil, lime zest and salt. Add peeled prawns. Cover and let marinate 20 minutes in refrigerator.
Combine slaw ingredients. Toss and season with salt.
Combine ingredients to make garlic-lime mayo. Mix well and season with with salt and chilli flakes to your preference.
Heat pan to medium heat. Cook prawns in marinade until cooked through – about 3 minutes on each side.
On warmed tortillas, add a scoop of cabbage slaw, a few prawns and top with garlic-lime mayo. Garnish with coriander and serve.
