This Creamy Crab recipe is filled with all the key ingredients to bring out the sweet, delicate flavours of the Mud Crab. 2 Whole Mud Crabs , cleaned
2 Onions, diced
Handful of Green Shallots
1 Clove of Garlic
Tub of Sour Cream
Chop up two onions, dice a handful of green shallots, and crush one clove of garlic
Add the onions, shallots and garlic and one cup of white wine into a large pot and bring to a simmer
Place in Mud Crab pieces and put a lid on the pot for 5 mins
Add in one tub of sour cream, and sporadically stir the crab until the cream has fully melted.
Simply pour the crab and sauce into a large dish and serve – make sure you serve it with some crispy bread- as the sauce will be amazing…
