The salmon is carefully dry-cured with a classic blend of salt, sugar, fresh dill, and a subtle dash of brandy, allowing the flavours to develop beautifully while maintaining a delicate, silky texture.
Perfectly balanced and richly flavoured, this artisanal gravlax is best enjoyed thinly sliced and served with a traditional mustard and dill sauce. Ideal for entertaining, grazing boards, canapés, or elegant starters.
