Snapper Medium has firm, moist, and extremely clean meat. This fresh fish has a mild flavour, used in soups, or even a homemade fish pie. Try this fish baked or on the bbq for best results.

How does my Snapper Large come:

  • the fixed price of your fish is based on gross weight (whole fish)
  • it will have a minimum gross weight of 2kg
  • total weight of fish will reduce when scaled & gutted
  • if the fish exceeds the minimum weight there will not be an extra charge
