Make your own tuna poke bowl at home. It’s easy, delicious and it’s loaded with healthy brown rice, salad greens and fresh tuna tossed in lots of amazing ingredients. These healthy poke bowls are perfect for summer, satisfying light meal cravings and requires no cooking at all.

  • 2 – 3 tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 11/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cups brown rice cooked
  • 2 cups of salad greens



Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl combine tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper flakes, green onions and sesame seeds.

Step 2

Serve immediately or refrigerate covered for up to 2 hours before serving. Toss to recombine in the sauce before serving.

Step 3

Add cooked rice, salad, poke and desired toppings to each bowl.
