  • 2 – 3 tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup of light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 11/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1/3 cup spring onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cups brown rice cooked
  • 2 cups of mixed salad
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup of seaweed salad



Step 1

Combine tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chilli flakes (optional), spring onions and sesame seeds into a large bowl to marinate.

Step 2

Keep tuna poke chilled before serving.

Step 3

Serve tuna poke with hot rice, mixed salad, avocado and seaweed salad in a bowl. Enjoy!
