Ingredients:
For the Steak:
Salt & cracked black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Fresh rosemary or thyme
3–4 potatoes, cubed
Instructions:
Roast potatoes with olive oil, herbs, salt at 200°C for 30–35 mins.
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in hot pan 3–4 mins per side.
Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the pan. Baste steaks for 1–2 mins.
Rest steaks for 5 mins. Serve with roast potatoes and drizzle with pan butter.
