Tua Tua Clams
Tua Tua Clams take their name from their Maori heritage in New Zealand. With a smooth shell and containing 30% meat they are a meaty clam with a smooth beige shell thats looks similar to a Pippi. They have a sweet salty flavour and a rich creamy texture when cooked.
How do my Tua Tua Clams come:

- if your clams are above chosen weight you will not be charged extra
- come in 500gm vacuum sealed packs
