Black Tiger Prawns Cooked
Most people are drawn to black tiger prawns at first sight due to the brightness of colour, and then are turned off when they find out the majority of them are farmed. The prawns are armed in great conditions up in the Gold Coast region, and actually have a sweeter flavour than most of the stronger wild prawns. Their colour is due to the feed they receive, however they are spectacular presented on the table. Check out some great dishes with tiger prawns on our recipe blog here.
