Scorpion fish is exactly how it sounds, bright, vibrant and extremely prickly with numerous spikes all over its body. Find this fish amongst the coral reefs and in shallow waters. Best used through soups and stews, so it’s rarely cooked as it is. It is a unique fish species, therefore it’s perfect for the more adventurous chefs.
