Salchinon is a dry cured sausage that contains pepper, nutmeg and brings out the natural flavours of the finest selected pork. This cured sausage has a lingering flavour, but one that has a spicy kick to it. A favourite amongst people entertaining, and a nice cured meat that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
