Luke's Mushy Peas with Mint

Luke Mangan's version of mushy peas with mint to pair up with your your meat pie.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add the bag of peas into the boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the bag from the boiling water and cut open the bag and place the mushy peas on each plate.
