Luke's Brined Spatchcock

Luke Mangan's Brined Spatchcock is perfect for dinner, the product comes dressed and prepped all ready to cook.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook the spatchcock skin side down until golden.
  2. Add in butter and herbs on top of the spatchcock and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. (Full instruction available on the packet).
