King George Whiting fillets are a seasonal fish coming off the coast of South Australia in the Port Lincoln region. Fillets range in size, however, this fish lives up to its regal name. It is the premium fish in the ocean to fry as it has a well- balanced medium oil content that doesn’t over power the cooking. Our suggestion is to make a great beer batter for the whiting, and have some tartare sauce on stand by
