Greenlip Abalone Meat Half Shell Sliced

Harvested from the pristine waters of Tasmania, Abalone is prized for its delicate texture and rich flavour. Cleaned, tenderised, and sliced in the half shell and blast frozen to maintain freshness — it’s a ready-to-cook delicacy with minimal prep and maximum flavour.  Place abalone meat-side up on a tray, add 10g of butter to each, and bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes from frozen.
